When Master Nguyen was teaching at the Martial Art Master Academy in the 90s. Many parents
came to the him and asked if he has a program that will help them get in shape without taking
martial arts. Master Nguyen taught them the warm up exercises, fitness kick boxing, ab exercises, a
touch of Qigong, Taichi and breathing techniques. The results were amazing. A couple of years
later, it became a new trend in the fitness industry, many people have turned to fitness kick boxing
and yoga or martial arts as a way to get in shape without going to the gym or using conventional
methods.
What make our program at Iron and Silk Center standout is that Master Nguyen combines and
blends different methods of training to help his client achieve his/her goals quickly and safely. The
